Information for New Subscribers

Published since 2003, the magazine has been gradually evolving in terms of its content, structure, focus, and personnel issues. Throughout this time, however, the published expert articles have been primarily dealing with the activities of the public prosecutor’s office and aiding public prosecutors in their everyday work. As the name “Státní zastupitelství” (English: Public Prosecution) implies, the magazine is mainly intended for readers from among public prosecutors at all levels of the public prosecution system (including assistants and other staff). Additional subscribers include experts with whom public prosecutors collaborate on a professional basis, i.e. judges, law enforcement officers, Probation and Mediation Service employees, legal counsels, or representatives of the academic community. The range of the magazine is 60 pages.

Subscription commences from the nearest published issue and ends with the end of the particular calendar year. If the subscription period is shorter than 4 months, the subscription will be invoiced up to the end of the following calendar year and for a maximum of 15 months.
